Creating and Sending Invoices
Invoices are created automatically when you complete jobs. Learn how to view, edit, and send invoices to your customers.
Invoices are created automatically
When you mark a job as complete, an invoice is created automatically with the job details and price. You don't need to create invoices manually.
View your invoices
Tap 'Invoices' in the bottom navigation to see all your invoices. Unpaid invoices are highlighted so you can see what's outstanding.
Edit invoice details
Tap any invoice to open it. You can edit the line items, adjust prices, change the due date, or add additional items.
Set the payment due date
Choose when payment is due using the date picker. You can also customise the payment terms text that appears on the invoice.
Send the invoice
From the invoice detail screen, tap 'Email invoice' to send it directly to your customer, or tap 'Share invoice' to share via other apps.
