Skipping Jobs
Sometimes you can't complete a job as scheduled. Learn how to skip properly so your records stay accurate.
When to skip a job
Skip a job when you couldn't complete it: customer not home, no access to the property, bad weather, or the customer declined. Don't delete—skip.
Skip from the schedule
Open the scheduled job and tap 'Skip job'. You'll be asked to select a reason for skipping.
Choose a skip reason
Select the reason: Customer not home, Customer declined today, No access to property, Weather conditions, Equipment issue, or Other.
What happens after skipping
The job is marked as skipped (not completed). For recurring jobs, the next visit is still created at the normal time—skipping one doesn't affect future schedules.
Undo a skip
Made a mistake? Open the skipped job and tap 'Undo skip'. The job returns to its scheduled state so you can complete it normally.
View skipped jobs
Skipped jobs appear with a dashed border and warning colour in your schedule, making them easy to spot. The skip reason is shown when you open the job details.
