Do I need Xero already, or can I sign up through Scheduling Hero?

You'll need an existing Xero subscription. Scheduling Hero connects to your account - we don't resell Xero. If you don't have Xero yet, your accountant can usually set you up with a discount.

Will my existing customers and invoices transfer?

New invoices created in Scheduling Hero will sync to Xero. We don't import your historical Xero data into Scheduling Hero, so your existing records stay untouched.

What if I use Xero's invoicing for some customers?

That's fine. Invoices you create directly in Xero won't appear in Scheduling Hero, but they won't conflict either. Use whichever app suits each job.

Is this a Premium feature?

Yes, the Xero integration requires Scheduling Hero Premium. At CA$18.99/month, it pays for itself if it saves you just 20 minutes a week on admin.
