Using the Smart Planner

Let the app automatically group nearby jobs together. Save time planning by seeing which customers are close to each other.

1

Open the Smart Planner

Go to the Planner tab and tap the layers icon in the header to switch to the Smart Planner view.

2

View job clusters

Jobs are automatically grouped by location. Each cluster card shows a mini-map, the jobs included, total value, and a suggested day to schedule them.

💡Clusters group jobs within close proximity, making it easy to schedule efficient days.
3

Review a cluster

Each cluster shows the customers included, their job amounts, and how urgent each job is. The app suggests the best day based on job due dates.

4

Schedule a cluster

Tap 'Schedule X → [Day]' to add all jobs in that group to the suggested day. You can also choose a different date if you prefer.

💡After scheduling a cluster, use Route Optimisation to get the best order for the day.
5

View scattered jobs

Jobs too far apart to cluster appear in the 'Scattered' section. You can schedule these individually to fill gaps in your week.

6

Handle missing locations

Jobs for customers without valid addresses appear in 'Missing Location'. Tap to update the customer's address so their jobs can be included in clusters.
