Setting Up Your Business Profile

Configure your business details for professional invoices. Get everything set up once and it flows through to all your documents.

1

Open Business Settings

Tap 'More' in the navigation, then tap 'Business Settings' to configure your business details.

2

Enter your business name

Tap 'Business name' and enter your trading name. This appears on all invoices.

3

Add your company registration (optional)

If you have a company registration number, enter it here. This appears on invoices for registered businesses.

4

Add your invoice address

Enter your business address in the Invoice address section. This is what appears on your invoices—it can be different from where you actually work.

💡Include your full address with postcode for professional-looking invoices.
5

Set your payment terms

Scroll to Invoice footer and enter your payment terms, such as 'Payment due within 14 days' or 'Due on receipt'. This text appears at the bottom of every invoice.

6

Configure tax settings

Go back to More and tap 'Tax Settings' to set your country, VAT registration, and financial year. These affect currency, tax calculations, and report periods.

💡If you're VAT registered, enter your VAT number and rate here. VAT is then calculated automatically on invoices.
