Access powerful reports to understand your business performance. Track income, expenses, profitability, and customer trends.
Access Reports
Tap 'More' in the navigation to find your reports. You'll see Financial Report, VAT Report (if VAT registered), and Premium business insights.
Financial Report
View your income, expenses by category, and net profit/loss. Use the date filter to see different time periods like This Month, Last Quarter, or This Year.
VAT Report
If you're VAT registered, this shows VAT collected on sales, VAT reclaimable on purchases, and your net VAT liability. You can share it as a CSV for your accountant.
Skip Analytics (Premium)
See why jobs are being skipped, your skip rate, and revenue impact. Identify at-risk customers who have multiple skipped jobs.
Churn Analytics (Premium)
Track customer churn rate, lost revenue, and cancellation reasons. See which high-value customers you've lost and why.
Refund Analytics (Premium)
Review refund trends, total refunded amounts, and refund reasons to spot any patterns.
